1-Year Warranty

We stand behind the quality of every piece we make. All of our products, including DIY and customized pieces, are covered by a 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal use.

If your product has a covered issue, we'll work with you to find the best solution, include replacement, repair, or refund.

If the original product is no longer available, we'll replace it with an item of equal or greater value whenever possible.

What's Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship issues, including:

Beads or components becoming detached due to a manufacturing issue
Defects affecting the normal use of the product

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage, drops, or misuse
Improper cleaning or care
Modifications or alterations
Scratches or damage from abrasive materials
Harsh chemicals, bleach, or corrosive cleaners
Use in appliances or conditions that are not recommended

Care Instructions

To keep your beaded flatware looking its best, hand wash with mild soap and water and dry thoroughly.

Please do not use:

Dishwasher
Microwave
Oven
Sterilizing cabinet
Steel wool or other abrasive materials
Harsh or corrosive cleaners
Bleach

Hand washing is always recommended.

Handmade Variations

Each piece is handmade, so slight variations in color, texture, shape, pattern, or bead placement may occur. These unique differences are a natural part of handmade products and are not considered defects.
